Rye Pier

Rye pier is centrally located in the seaside village of Rye. There is easy access and parking. Many seahorses and smaller fish can be seen with the occasional large ray seen swimming around. It also famous for the Spider Crabs during the winter months when their annual molt occurs. There can be many thousands to be found and it is one of Port Phillips’ ‘jewel in the crown’ marine life spectaculars to be witnessed.
