The team from Operation Sponge have been busy for some time now, re-locating sponges from the old pier to the new boards on the pier. We went and had a peek at what it was all about yesterday and we were impressed. Give these guys a gold star. As you can see from our photos they are using bungy cord and glue to hold the sponges onto the wood until they can hold on themselves.
